A hard copy of a purchase order is required for all orders. To ensure faster service, please provide us with purchase order containing the following information:

Shipping and Delivery
A LDTD Ion Source is typically shipped in 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed. You will be notified of your specific delivery date in your order confirmation.
LazWell plate orders are generally shipped the day after we received the order.
Any applicable shipping, handling, hazardous material and insurance charges are pre-paid by Phytronix Technologies Inc. and added to the invoice.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products and/or services by Phytronix Technologies inc. Buyer's acceptance of the products and/or services shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
- Orders
All orders placed by the Buyer are subject to acceptance by Phytronix Technologyes Inc.
- Price
The price of the products and/or services are those specified on the front page of Phytronix's quotation. Price quotation, unless otherwise stated, shall automatically expire thirty (30) days from the date of issue. All prices quoted are exclusive of transportation, insurance charges and duties. When applicable, they shall appear as separate items. All prices are subject to adjustment on account of specifications, quantities, shipment arrangements or other terms or conditions which are not part of Phytronix's original price quotation.
- Payment terms
Upon approval of credit, Phytronix Technologies Inc. standard terms of payment are NET thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
- Delivery
Freight, insurances and duties are always at the charge of the Buyer. Transportation charges from Phytronix's facility to Buyer's facility shall be paid by Buyer, in addition to the purchase price of the products. Phytronix Technologies Inc. will select the carrier in the absence of specific instructions by Buyer. All deliveries will be made FOB Quebec, Canada (FOB Phytronix's facility or FOB place of origin). Delivery of the products to the carrier shall constitute delivery to Buyer. Title and risk of loss shall thereupon pass to Buyer. Phytronix Technologies Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting of any delay in delivery or failure to deliver which is due to any cause beyond Phytronix's reasonable control. Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by quotation are estimates only.
- Returns
All returns must be authorized by Phytronix Technologies Inc. and may be subject to a restocking charge. Please call for an authorization number. All items approved for return must be in unused and resalable condition. We reserve the right to inspect the products before issuing credit. The products must be returned within 10 days of reception.
- Limited warranty
Phytronix warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is limited to the Buyer and is not transferable. This limited warranty is void if any damage has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, service or modification by someone other than Phytronix Technologies Inc.. Materials and workmanship sold by Phytronix Technologies Inc. are guaranteed from the shipping date for:
- one (1) year for new materials;
- ninety (90) days for refurbished equipments.
